Advancing Interventional Radiology Alliance works with clinicians, institutions and communities to build interventional radiology capacity that is locally led and designed to last.
Vision
A future in which geography does not determine whether a patient can benefit from minimally invasive, image-guided treatment, beginning with strengthening IR capacity in Nigeria and ultimately expanding sustainable, locally led access across West Africa and beyond.

The Meaning of the Seal
The organisation’s name runs around the perimeter. At the centre, an Adinkra-inspired form combines with an angioplasty balloon. The Adinkra symbol Odo Nnyew Fie Kwan — “love never loses its way home” — speaks to connection, commitment and return.
